Contract Negotiations
Contract negotiations are a crucial aspect before signature and formal commitment. This is where both Parties, each with their strict rules, whether internal or imposed by their Government, need to agree to their mutual benefit and interest.

In addition to these rules and regulations, it is the differences in cultural approaches and communication that need to be learned and understood, as a faux pas can damage a solid reputation built over many years.
