Providing up to date information on local laws, rules, and regulations that apply on conducting business in Algeria, and applied rules and regulations in the area of our Partners' main activities.
Providing up to date information to assist our Partners in staying compliant with Algerian laws.

02. Coaching on Business Best Practices
Providing insights and guidance on the Algerian market, coaching companies on how to approach the local Customer, best practices and advice on local conduct to maximise chances to succeed and secure business.
03. Expertise in Government Public Tenders
Knowledge on specific terms and conditions of tenders, consultations and requests issued by Customers and Public Procurement Code.
Researching and presenting new projects and solutions.
Support in preparation of tenders and proposal analysis before submission.
04. Strategic Negotiations
Provision of support prior to meetings and negotiations between our Partners and their Customers.
Commercial negotiation with the Customer and advice during project execution until project closing.
05. Assistance with Local Support
ICA DWC LLC uses the support a local partner in Algeria, for actions that need to be conducted on the Customers' site (such as but not limited to drop and pick up of original documents, provional reception of equipment), and locally overall, while service and consultancy activities are conducted from our office in Dubai, Aviation City.
